Linda and I took the Iron Horse Tour with Carlos and his crew on Feb 11 2013. We were on Carnival Freedom and it was the highlight of our cruise. I have read the other reports, and can only agree that your company is top notch and 5 star service and safty oriented. Thank you for the memorable experience. We will plan our next vacation around a trip to Cozumel so we can stay longer and participate in your fishing and diving experiences.

Thanks for such an exhilarating experience aboard Stars and Stripes. We won the first 3 legs of the race but lost the last leg to True North, nonetheless, we had a great time taking part and had some really good laughs too! My advice to those thinking of doing this - be sure to bring along your Iphone so you can snap a shot or two of the race in progress in between your assigned duties (then back in the pocket) or if someone isn't participating, be sure to pass them your phone for some pics. Hi, Just wanted to say how fantastic the Discover Scuba excursion was. And, especially, our instructor and dive guide Ernesto. My daughter was apprehensive at first to breath underwater but due to the patience and encouragement of Ernesto eventually was able to fully enjoy the experience. Please pass on our appreciation to him again. Thanks very much. Wonderful program. It was by FAR the HIGHLIGHT of our trip! We're now thinking about getting certified to enjoy scuba more.

I recently on 9/28/12 had an awsome experience when I snuba in Cozumel, Mexico when I was onmy cruise with Royal Caribbean. My instructor Ezequiel Blas was very professional and took his time and made sure everyone was safe and that we had a great experience, and we did. He was the best! I hope I get to do it again someday.

Good morning, My husband and I were in the afternoon beginners scuba divers class on Friday, May 4th, with Juan Pablo as our instructor. This was my first dive experiance, although my husband is a certified diver. We enjoyed it so much that we purchased the 2nd dive for that afternoon as well. We were the only couple along with Juan Pablo in the water for our 2nd dive. I just want to ensure that Jaun was recognized for his job. He is an awesome dive instructor. Very tentative to us, and made sure that I felt extremely comfortable being my first time to dive. He took the time to point out the sea life, that we would not have seen, had we not had his trained eye with us. As I mentioned, my husband, Chad, is a certified diver. He too said this was the best dive he had ever been on. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

I wanted to write and let you know that when I was there last week on a carnival cruise, I came snorkeling while my daughter went scuba diving. Ivan was there and it wasn't busy so he spent time in the water showing me things and helping me since it was only my second time to snorkel. It was an amazing experience and he was so friendly and attentive. I understand he has been working there for a while, so I know you already know he is a great employee. I just wanted to take the time to tell you. Also, I took a picture of him with my under water camera that I think he would like I will be coming back sometime in the next year with my other daughter to bring her snorkeling and I can't wait! I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the Harley Davidson tour that my wife and I took, on our recent Carnival Cruise to Cozumel, on the morning of April 12th. We thank you for not cancelling this awesome tour even though we were the only participants. Our guides, Carlos and Sergio, provided us with the best tour that we have ever participated in on any of our previous cruise excursions. We will be talking about this and recommending it to anyone who will listen for many months or years to come and will definitely take the tour again the next time we are in Cozumel. Again, we can't thank Carlos and Sergio enough for the perfect tour adventure. I might add that you should have the cruise lines add in, to the brochure explanation, that the exceptional lunch, at a perfect beach location, is included in the price of the tour. This was a completely delightful surprise to us and even made the day that much better. Thanks to Carlos, Sergio and yourself.

I just wanted to say MUCHAS GRACIAS for a great cruise excursion. I had organized my friends to go on the cruise (Carnival Liberty) and I had suggested we try this Cozumel 12-meter America's Cup sailing and I am happy to report that EVERYONE had a fabulous time! You guys do an excellent job from the moment we were picked up on the pier until the time we left the "rum punch party" on shore. Ian and his crew were wonderful. They really knew their stuff and they were fun and friendly so we really felt at ease. I was the "honorary" captain and the main grinder. All of my friends had somewhat active jobs on the boat and we all had a great time. If I am ever in Cozumel again I will definitely be back for another race! FYI: I have provided rave reviews on the cruise excursion so everyone knows what fun this was. No one should miss this!

I compliment you on your well run program - my dive instructors (the lady- whose name I didn't quite get) and dive instructor Juan Pablo were very easy to work with. While on a cruise of the western caribbean we stopped in Cozumel. We booked the Harley tour of the island and were not disappointed. Carlos & Sergio lead us on a wonderful tour! The bikes were well maintained and ran beautifully. The tour was the best! The windward side of the island was beyond description! Vistas, unbelievable! We will do this tour again!!!

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the great tour of Cozumel with Sergio and Carlos on February 7. I would also be happy for you to let Royal Caribbean know how fun it was. Although it was expensive, it was well worth every penny. I enjoyed the history, the food and I will always remember riding along the southeast coast past the white sands and blue water. Sergio and Carlos are very professional, very safety conscious and very client focused. I hope I do my job as well as they do theirs. Thanks for letting me enjoy this fun adventure!

Sand Dollar owner/manager, I wanted to send this email to recognize the exceptional service some of your folks – Hilario, divemasters Gabriel & Sergio and Capt Martin – provided for my wife and I; and of course the return of our lost camera. We dove with Sand Dollar on 9 Jan 2012 from the cruise ship Carnival Dream. We had two wonderful dives, only to end the second on with a realization that my wife had dropped her camera during assent on the last dive. Immediately, one of the dive masters went back In the water and searched for over 10 minutes trying to find the camera, with no luck. They had to return us to the pier to meet their schedule. I offered an award if they found it on the next dive, or if some other company found the camera. Unknown to us they went back to the dive site, found the camera and returned it back to the ship before we sailed – a mere 45 minutes later. We were not told for a couple of days, and were unable to contact anyone until last weekend. My thanks to Shelia (and Horacio), who enabled the contact information because I bought the video and that was the only contact info I had, and of course for handling the reward thru PayPal. We tried to work the reward thru the Carnival Excursion representative but his boss would not let him take the cash. Our Thanks again to Gabreil, Sergio, Hilario and Martin – we understand all FOUR of them worked to find the camera and that they will split the reward.
