The trip went very well. My son and I had a very nice time. The hotel accommodations were nice, the food was not bad, the Diving Was Great. The people at Sandollar did an outstanding job and we were very happy that they were our dive company. Very professional. We got a call the morning we were to leave from our shuttle operation company that said to take a taxi to the airport and ask for Juan (I think) and he would pay for it. Little suspect at first but it was actually easier than the shuttle. Juan met us and paid for the cab and all went well.
We saw some of the other hotels in town that were options and I know you can't judge a book by its cover but from what we saw and their locations you gave us the best deal. The beach, pools, bars and everything went very well.
We would do this again with you and I would recommend you to my friends.

I will highly recommend Sand Dollar Sports to any of my friends coming to Cozumel. I did, however forget to ask what the visibility and water temps were for our dives that day and was hoping you could send that info. Thanks for an awesome diving experience. Hope to return one day soon.

I wanted to email you to let you know that Kathy and I returned to the US Wednesday after spending 6 days in Cozumel. Our diving with Sand Dollar went very well, and the people at the Sand Dollar shop at the Aura Wyndham resort were great. They took care of our gear as we requested and had it ready for us each morning we dived. The divemasters were very good as were all of the dive staff.
I am sure we will be back next year to Cozumel, and we plan on diving with you again. Thanks for all of your help.

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had diving with you all this past weekend. The divemasters were fantastic, especially Jaime, Edgar, and Roman. Friday's dives to Santa Rosa wall and Punta Tunich and Saturday's dives to Palancar Bricks and San Fransisco reef were so beautiful- all great choices.
Before I left the resort on Sunday I left my email address with- I think Francisco? Kimberly was taking photos on Friday and I believe Angeline (sp?) was taking video on the second day. I was hoping to get some photos/footage of these dives to share with friends. Francisco said they could email me and send me a paypal invoice with an appropriate cost for the footage? Willie and Carlos went above and beyond what we would have expected from tour guides. Their passion for the island and its heritage was obvious. The bikes were very well maintained and rode flawlessly. We were always impressed with the sights and stops. Senior Iguanas lunch was spectacular and the views from the top of the light house were breathtaking. I will be doing this again the next time we are in Cozumel and we have already begun telling all our friends about it while we show them all the pictures. Thanks again for some great memories.

We were on the Ecstacy and had a hard time initially booking the tour. With much perservence from my daughter however we were finally able to do so.
For whatever reason it didn't show up on Carnival's website until about 2 days before our trip. Even after calling Carnival direct I was unable to book it, so you might want to check with the powers that be at Carnival and see what the deal is, because it shows up as an option when you book your trip, but we could not access it until two days before and we had given up hope of going.
Again I just wanted you to know what a great time we had, and what fun we had with Carlos and Willie and what an excellent job they did representing the hospitality of Cozumel to us.

We wanted to let you know that it was one of the funnest excursions/tours we have done. Very well run, and a lot of effort to insure it was a safe tour.
The stops, at the Park w/ the lighthouse (sorry, forget the name) and especially the lunch stop at Senior Iguanas were excellent. The food at the lunch stop rocked.
We also wanted to say that Willie and Carlos were very hospitable, and great guides. Very informative, and very accomodating, and the two of them were what made the tour fun.
If we ever have the chance to return to the area we would most definitely choose this tour again.

I had suffered from sun stroke the day before in Roatan and wasn't feeling too well. Got light-headed and nauseous trying to climb the lighthouse. Carlos suggested I drink some Coca Cola and Willie made an ice bag for me to put on my head and neck. With that, some water and a cool down in the pick up truck with the A/C on and I was good to go again!! Wille even offered to let me ride in the truck, but I was enjoying the ride so much I wanted to get back on the Harley with my husband.
After our lunch stop it started to rain, but we took off anyway, riding through the rain. It felt great!! The sun came out again and our clothes stayed damp till we got back to the starting point, keeping us cool the whole way. Carlos and Willie made us all feel that we were in good hands the whole tour.

Thanks for your info on the diving .i'm truly sorry i didn't have a chance to meet you. however i had the opportunity to make 6 dives with sand dollar while staying at wyndham april 10 - 17. the staff and crew were great the drift diving was unique in all my 30 years of diving.
I would like to express my appreciation for the dive guides unfortunately i don't remember names but thank you all.

I just had to write in and let you know what an amazing time I had thanks to your Harley Davidson tour. I knew when I booked the cruise that this was going to be a major event for me and my friend. This single excursion was the main reason I booked the whole trip to begin with! Even though my expectations were high..... Well words simply cannot describe. I am just overwhelmed and my expectations were blown away. Even as I type this and recall the memories I still cannot believe what I experienced that day.
Everything was perfect. The weather was great. The bikes were perfect and I cannot say enough about our guides. Carlos and Willie deserve all the respect one can possibly convey. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I simply cannot say enough about these two. These guys really went out of their way to provide a milestone moment in my life.
Their outstanding personality and desire to teach ensured that we had the best time possible. Learning about the local history and culture was something I didn't expect and it added so much to the tour! The conversation never stopped and had me laughing the whole time and then there was the ride.
Did I really ride a Harley in Cozumel? I still find myself in disbelief. The sound and power of a 1200cc V-Twin while looking out at those white sandy beaches was sensory overload. When I had the jungle on one side and the beautiful blue ocean on the other I was completely awestruck. Rumbling thru town in staggered formation was a site to see for not only us but the locals and tourists as well. The onlookers stared, waved and cheered as we passed by. I've never felt so alive.
